In case the product received is the incorrect product
In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 2 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
Conditions for return:
1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
2. Products/Items should be UNUSED/Induction seal should not be broken.
3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 2 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
a). If the return is a result of any act/oversight/negligence of the Buyer/customer and not an error by I’M Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. end, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will not be refunded.
b). Expect to receive the refund within two weeks from shipping the Buyer’s return to I’M Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. I’M Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. will notify the Buyer via email with the details of the Buyer’s refund. For all refunds, we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout.
a). The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product. Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the packaging is not damaged or tampered or induction seal should not be opened. If the Buyer observes the package is damaged or tampered or opened, he/she should refuse to accept delivery and mail at email@example.com along with details of the order number.
b). In cases, where the item/product delivered is received in a damaged condition or the contents are missing, Buyer must inform I’M Healthcare Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery of the item/product and if the Buyer is unable to do so, then the buyer would be deemed to have waived all claims in respect of the damaged, missing, tampered, etc goods.

Submit a Ticket from your “My Account” section or shoot a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you. After validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return. The mail will have a link that gives you access to the return shipping address label. You may simply print, fill with accurate information, paste the shipping address label on the package and courier it back to office address:

To send the product, youcan:
1. Return the product through any courier service.
2. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). You would be called and our executive would ask you if you want the amount back. We will refund the money in same way as payment was made.
Cancellation Policy: I’M Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where I’M Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the I’M Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. policy or for any other reason. However, I’M Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
